There are two types of radio frequency technique, monopolar and bipolar. Monopolar penetrates up to 20 mm and bipolar only 3 mm so for fat reduction you need monopolar.

The bipolar is only for surface smoothing of wrinkles. For that our Time Machine is more effective and safer especially for wrinkles on the face which is where most people are concerned.
